He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Dale and Opal Garnet Harper Scarbro; and his sisters, Betty Lou Scarbro and Virginia Henry (Tobe). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Scarbro; his sons, Greg Scarbro, Ron Scarbro (Anne) and Mark Scarbro (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Sarah Collignon (Shaun), Brian Scarbro (Aimee Cox), Ben Scarbro and Megan Howell; and his sister Bonnie McGraw of Marietta, Ohio.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
