He was predeceased by: his parents, Etherl Harker Fisher and George Radcliff; his wife Patricia L. Harker; his brother Glen Radcliff; and his son-in-law Chuck Barton.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Fox (Gregg), David Harker (Mary), Pam Barton (Ron), Betty Quigley (Bob), Gary Harker (Wendy) and Ricky Harker (Tonya); Brenda Moore. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren,: ten great great-grandchildren.
