It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Glasgow Bishop of Belpre, Ohio, born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 107, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Glasgow and Beulah Glasgow; her husband Dr. Charles J. Bishop; and her daughters, Linda Heywood of Yarmouth, ME and Jane Jones of Naples, FL. She was also cherished by several grandchildren, great -grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
