It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garnet Mae Clark of Belpre, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Draper C. Wine and Rosa V. Rawson Wine; her husband James Clark; her son James Clark Jr.; her granddaughter Angela Joy Clark; her daughter-in-law Christine Clark; and her sisters, Marie Moss, Beulah Smitherman and Dorothy Sams.
She is survived by: her sons, Roy Clark (Ginger) of Thornville, OH and Dave Clark of Belpre, OH. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
