He is survived by : his girlfriend Nicole Moore; his children, Josh Waggoner of Columbus, Zach Waggoner of Belpre, Toby (Fran), Todd and Torie Moore (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Drew, Natalia and Cohen; his brothers, Frank Waggoner (Opal) and Ray Kidder; and his nephews, Bob Ellenwood (Bethany), Dave Ellenwood (Renee), Mike Waggoner and Chris Waggoner.

“We were so sorry to hear of the loss of Garry. This is Ron and Cathy Schultheis. We worked with Garry at BF Goodrich. Ron was on the Washington County Fair Board. Gary worked hard to help get everything ready for the sale. He was always there. We also would see Nicole and Garry at the Barlow Fair and talk with you. May God give you peace and comfort in the days ahead.”
