He is survived by: his wife Angie Rumer (Wingrove); his children, Derek Ryan Rumer (Priscilla) of Oklahoma, Nija Wayne Conley (Brooke) of Belpre and Ashley Dawn Macentire (Caleb) of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Alexander Rumer, Tanner and Shyanne Conley; and his brother Michael Rumer Patsy.
