She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Lipscomb and Lelah Lipscomb; her siblings, Bernard Lipscomb and Alice Josephine Travis; her son Rodney A. Bell (Sharon); her son-in-law Donald Boston; her grandsons, Matthew Noah Bell and John Curtis Bell; and her great grandchild Ty.
She is survived by: her sisters, Thelma Swisher and Betty Jean Cullen of Parkersburg; her children, James Bell (Faith) of Washington, WV, Patty Boston of Walker, Donna Sweet (Butch) of Davisville, Hobart Bell (Betty) of Davisville, Ralph Bell (Julie) of Walker and Sandy Lemley (Tracy) of Waverly; her grandchildren, Jimmy Bell (Phyllis), Linda Gandee (Robert), Hope Weber, Tammy Braniff (Chris), Jessice Van Way (Carroll), Tabatha Boston, Rodney Bell, II (Cheri), Jason Bell, Darchelle Boston, Darrin Bell (Amy) and Cystann Bell (Jhon); her stepgrandsons, Tony Richardson (Scott) and Mark Richardson (Jemma); her great grandchildren, Alex, Eric, Katie, John Paul, Thea, Francis, Nathaniel, Megan, Daniel, Anna, Fye, Lacey, Mark, Linsey, Lora, David, Ben, Logan, Austin, Syd, Ashley, Jordan, Josh, Ellise, Pricilla, Aleasa, Torrence, Cayden, Olivia, Rylie, Rodney B., Joseph Pl and Zoey; and her great great grandchildren, Levi, Isaiah, Madeline, Corrine, Ethan, Zoey, Sophia, Alreanna, Kairi, Ryatt, Niklaus, Zach, Olivia and Stetson.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM. She was retired from Wilsons Market, a foster Mother to over 80 children and lived through two world wars, was a survivor of the 1918 Spanish Flu, the 1952 outbreak of Polio and recent 2019 COVID Pandemic.
