He is survived by: his son Edward Hornbeck (Dana) of Friendly, WV; his grandchildren, Keona Sha Swann (Logan) of Harrisville, WV, Nikki Hornbeck of Paden City, WV, Kenneth (Gabe) and Samuel of Friendly, WV.; his brother Joe Hornbeck (Pam) of Cantonment, FL; his niece Stacey Ott (Jerry) of Williamstown, WV; and his nephew Jason Hornbeck (Randee) of Fairmont, WV.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, two great-granddaughters, and two great-grandsons.
