He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Alexander and Flora Delora Williams (Harbin); and his brother Rick Williams. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Williams (Craddock); his sister Patty Thorn (Michael) of Parkersburg; his sibling's children, Christopher Thorn (Crystal) of Kentucky, Paul Thorn (Mindy) of Washington, WV, Ryan Williams of Parkersburg and Christina Houser (Chris) of Waverly, WV; and his stepdaughters, Deborah M. Strohman (Chris) and Rebekah Ann Wagner (Deane).
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
