She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carpenter and Lena Carpenter (Gumm); her former husband Donald Perry of Wortburg, TN; and her husband Richard Howell of Parkersburg. She is survived by: her children, Mike Perry (Cathy) of Dublin, OH, Susan Swint (Bruce) of Wortburg, TN, Kathy Stone (Bryan) of Evans, WV and Lori Richards (Dave) of Parkersburg, WV.; and her sister Teresa Sovel. She is also survived by her six siblings.
