Russell of Belpre; her grandchildren, Jennifer Russell, Levi Russell, Caitlyn Hamilton (Jordan), Teresa Peck (Chuck) and Chad Hawkins; her daughter-in-law Linda Russell of Salem; and her siblings, Patricia Porterfield (Roger) of Normalville, Eileen Combs (Howard) of South Charleston and Frank "Tip" Miller of White, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.
