She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Todd and Bernice Todd (Fogle); and her sisters, Dorothy May Todd, Marjorie Walters (Richard) and Deloris Heady (David).
She is survived by: her husband David Dever; her children, Debbie Noe (Stephen), Beth Robertson (Jim), Todd Dever (Karen) and Scott Dever (Beth); her grandchildren, Sarah Hill (Paul), Bryant Fanning, Kara Robertson, Kristin Robertson, Michael Robertson, Stefanie Torres (Diego) and Evan Dever; Kendall Hill, Audrey Hill and Sofia Torres.
