She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elvort and Anna Myrtle Bryant Matheny; her former husband John; her significant other Warren Shamblin; and her siblings, Stella Mae Clemency, Bobby Matheny, Phyllis Evans and Lorraina Wolfe.
She is survived by: her husband Herman Stacy; her children, Lola Shamblin (Danny) of Amma, WV, Mary Henderson (Freeman) of Fleming, John Robert Stackhouse III of St. Albans, WV and Robert Jacob Earl Stackhouse; and her siblings, James Matheny, Reva Gunno, Anita Pence and Patty Morin (Kenneth). She is also survived by several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
