She is survived by: her son Joe Finley (Debbie) of Belpre; her stepson Jim Finley of Caldwell; and her sisters, Katie Davis, Rosalle Rogers and Betty Coleman. She is also survived by granddaughter, 4 step grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren.
