She is survived by : her children, Rachel Tibbs (Brian) of Marietta and Brent Radabaugh of Belpre; her grandchildren, Siera Radabaugh (Theus), Cody Wittekind, Caden Lawson, Tiana Rockhold (Kenneth), Julie Tibbs (Doug) and Keith Tibbs; her great grandchildren, Danae Tibbs, Liam Radabaugh, Shy Burkhammer and Cashes Alexander; her sisters, Cathy Plumer (Gary) and Cheryl McCullough (Steve); and her nieces and nephews, Tracy Machado, Elizabeth Jenkins, Darcy Selario, Chad, Curt, Hayden, Logan, Jackson Plummer, Brayden McCulough, Levi Adkins and Tom Newberry.
