He is survived by: his wife Carolyn L. Mendes (Allender); his grandchildren, RaShawn Miller, Cheyanne Mendes, Tavian Miller, Antonio Mendes, Jordyn Marshall, R'Tiyana Jackson, Charlie Morgan and Kiara Smith; and his great grandchildren, Paul Harris III and Booker Marshall.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
