He was predeceased by: his parent W. Lee Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his daughters, Reaghan LeeAnn Hollingsworth and Avalyn Michael Hollingsworth; his mother Joyce Hollingsworth Frum; his stepfather Marty Frum; his siblings, Dustin Hollingsworth (Paula) and Kelly Tullius (Josh); his niece Laney Tullius; his nephew Caleb Tullius; his girlfriend Jessica Drake; and his pet Luna.
