He was predeceased by: his father John Joseph Simmons. He is survived by: his mother Betty Louise Vincent of Columbus, OH.; and his siblings, Mary Lewis (Al) of Columbus, OH, Cate Monks of Colorado, Larry Simmons (Diane), Joe Simmons of Columbus, OH and Dan Simmons of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
