He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lester, Wilma Burwell and Diana Pugh; and his aunts and uncles, David Burwell, David Lightfritz, Jenny Malbrough and Lesley Burwell.
He is survived by: his parents, Willard Lewis and Vicki Marie Lightfritz of Belpre; his siblings, Bambi Lowery (Bryan), Shawn Lightfritz (Maggie) of Marietta and Trista Hughes (Jonathan) of Belpre; his grandfather Earl Pugh; and his nieces and nephews, Amya Lightfritz, Dekeila Hughes, Austin, Alex, Adam Lightfritz, Chaze Hughes, Bryce, Shane, Cody and Cole Lowery. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
