It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Ellen Masters of Belpre, Ohio, born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Looman and Flora Pauline Haddix Masters; her brother Robert Stanley; and her nephew Brant Masters. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa S. Leaman (Stacey) of Belpre; her brother Dwight Masters (Jean) of Williamstown; her niece Karin Davidson; and her nephews, D. J. and Robert Masters. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
