She was predeceased by: her son Harley Harris Jr.; and her granddaughters, Amy Harris and Jessica Harris. She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Pam) of Waterford and Michael (Vicki) of Marietta; her daughter-in-law Sue Harris; her grandchildren, Leslie Couture (Chris), Ashley Harris and Jeremy Harris (Beth); her great grandchildren, Isabelle Harris, Annabelle Harris, Tristan Couture, Liam Couture, Ayden Couture and Quentin Couture; her nieces, Carolyn Hutchinson (Randy) and Susie Dougherty (Mike); and her friend Linda Cornell.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Belpre Church of the Nazarene, earmarked "Children's Fund" in memory of Phyllis.
