It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Miller of Belpre, Ohio, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Grim and Bernice Grim (Lonas); and her husband Darrell Miller. She is survived by : her daughters, Amy Brookover (John) of Davisville, WV and Rebecca Duckworth (Mark) of Marietta, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Morgan Brookover, Derek Duckworth and Mark Duckworth II; her brother Russ Grim of Jacksonville; her close friends, Linda Miracle and Steve Smith; and her pets, Grumpy and Caramel.
