He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Raymond and Marie Muriel Wiblin; and his brothers, William G. and Richard E. Wiblin. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Wiblin of Belpre, OH; and his children, Raymond T. Wiblin (Karen) and Maria D. Wiblin (Julius).
