He is survived by: his spouse Billie Owens; his children, Allen Lewis (Contessa) of Columbus, Chasity (Jeff Bland) of Columbus, Ricky Lewis, Jr. (Allison) of Logan and Bobbie Lewis of Logan; and his brother William Lewis. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
