He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald L. Plummer and Josephine Buchanan Scarlett. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Marie Helminski-Plummer; his children, Heather McDonald (Jeremy) of Parkersburg, WV and Ron Plummer (Cyndi) of Little Hocking; his grandchildren, Tyler, Haley, Conner, Ryley and Preston; his siblings, Melody Cullen (Mike) of Parkersburg, WV, Kelly Plummer of Cambridge and Dave Plummer (Michelle) of Belpre; his pet Sadie; and his close friends, Donnie (Miller), Becky Frank, Roger, Karla Flowers and Robert Vail III.
In lieu of other remembrances donations may be made to the Belpre Volunteer Fire Department or the American Cancer Society.
