He is survived by: his children, Kathy Allen (Rex) of Boardman, OH, Cindy Sullin (Ron), Robert Cox of Boardman and Ricky Cox of Youngstown; his siblings, Ramona Watson of Belpre, Ruth Mann and Raymond Cox; his grandchildren, Amy Smith, Amanda, Ricky, Robert, James Cox, Daniel and Matthew Halishack; and his stepgrandson James Allen. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
