He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Ruble and Carley R. Vannoy Ruble; and his half-brother Robbie Ruble. He is survived by: his wife Connie Ruble; his son Roger Scott Ruble (Pamela); his grandchildren, Kyle, Brandon and Rachael Ruble; his siblings, Linda Ruble, Sandra Parsons and James Ruble (Ann); and his half-brother Mike Ruble. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and 1 great-great nephew.
