She is survived by: her children, Richard Kerns (Rulanni) of Belpre, OH, Randy Kerns of Belpre, OH and Becky Spears (Doug) of Mineral Wells, WV; her grandchildren, Ryan, Kristen, Jennifer, Jeremy, Dylan, Cassidy and Isaiah; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Hayden, Liam, Gavin, Briley, Kira, Landon and Guinevere; and her brothers, Thomas Skinner of Akron, OH and Doug Skinner (Connie) of Parkersburg.
