It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Dutton of Belpre, Ohio, who passed away on December 13, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pressley Burton and Tillie Mae Whealdon (Gordon); her brother Larry Whealdon; and her former husband Robert "Bobby" Dutton. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Powell; her children, Lori Dutton of Fair Oaks, CA and Robert Shannon Dutton (Monica) of Sacramento, CA.; and her siblings, Ronald Whealdon of Belpre, Dennis Whealdon (Vicki), Ernie Whealdon of Little Hocking, OH, Timothy Whealdon of Athens, OH and Paula Dunfee of Torch, OH.
