He was predeceased by: his father John A. Raber. He is survived by: his mother Connie Cheesbrew Raber of Little Hocking; his sister Amber Welch (Curt) of Little Hocking; his niece Katelyn Welch (Keifer); his nephews, Tyler Welch (Dakotah), Cole Welch and Bailey Welch (Logan); his great-niece Marilee; his great-nephews, Bennett and Elias; his aunt Jenny; and his pet Jaxson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
