He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Henry and Mazie Jones Henry; his wife Virginia Hazel Henry; his son Dave Henry; and his siblings, John, Charles Henry, Mary Allender and Imojene Shaffer.
He is survived by: his son Rick Henry of Belpre; his grandchildren, Holly Fisher, Casey Henry, Josh Henry and Chad Henry; his daughter-in-law Betty Henry of Greenville, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Don Scarbro (Barbara) and Bonnie McGraw. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
