We are sad to announce that, on August 30, 2023, Torchie Payne of Belpre, Ohio, born in Oak Hill, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Keel and Louellen Craddolph Keel; her children, Dino C. Gaskins, Charles R. Gaskins and Kimmy L. Gaskins; and her siblings, Barbara Thornton, Shirley Basta, Pauline Keel, Ruby Harris, Sherman, Justin, Wallace and Denver Keel.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy L. Currie of Columbus, OH, Lorne P. Gaskins of Parkersburg and Lionel T. Gaskins of Belpre. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
