She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee and Sarah Heavner (Ratliff); her husband John Henry Rumer; and her siblings, Lysle Overton Heavner (Martha), Larry Blaine Heavner (Helen) and Genevieve Wilkins (Vernon).
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Berendts (Andy); her granddaughter Johnna Jenkins Jones (Michael); and her great grandchild Ashley Jones Shaw (Spencer). She is also survived by four great-great grand children.
