He was predeceased by: his sisters, Caterina, Francesca, Domenica and Carmela; and his parents, Carmine D'Agostino and Maria D'Agostino (Nunnari).
He is survived by: his spouse Lorenza; his children, Carmelo D'Agostino (Patti) and Maria Hebebrand (Mike); his grandchildren, Angela Stelts (Matt), Joseph D'Agostino (Sarah), Matthew Hebebrand (Holly), Michael Hebebrand Jr. and Domenic Hebebrand (Kristen); his great grandchildren, James, Samuel, Charlie, Ava, Lydia, Carlie, Clare, Mila, Nico, Leo and Gregory; and his sister Maria.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. Ripepi and Sons Funeral Home (18149 Bagley Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (250 Kraft St, Berea, OH 44017).
