He is survived by: his children, Kelsey Gadomski (Brian), Donald Crawford IV and Colton Crawford (Lauren); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Gwendolyn, Gianna, Laine and Alexander; his mother Peggy Jo Crawford (Bourne); and his sisters, Terri Koch (Larry), Jeri Scribner (Mark) and Cheri Crawford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
