He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Lychwick and Laura Lychwick (Haas); and his wife Patricia Lychwick. He is survived by: his daughters, Shawn Lychwick and Shannon Campos (Brian); his grandchildren, Tyler Campos (Jennifer), Alicia Cockerham (Matt), Caitlyn Rivera and Richard Rivera II; his great grandchild Harvey Campos (Tyler); and his sister Janet Walter.
