He was predeceased by: his wife Florence; and his siblings, Joseph (Elsie), Henry (Mary), Ed (Emma), William (Joan) and Helen Kasperczyk (Adolph).
He is survived by: his children, Anne Zawacki (Alex) and Stas (late Diane); his grandchildren, Kate Zawacki and Alix Wisniewski; and his great grandchild Kai Zawacki.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home of Berea Tuesday (86 Adalbert St, Berea, OH 44017). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Adalbert Church (66 Adalbert St, Berea, OH 44017).
