She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Maletzke and Hazel Maletzke. She is survived by: her siblings, Frank Maletzke (Joy), Joyce Johnson (Doug), Janice Hintz, Alan Maletzke (Ruben Moreno) and Brian Maletzke (Kaye); her sons, Craig Housum (Marci), Keith Housum (Laura) and Scott Housum (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Jared, Tyler, Lauren, Max, Rose, Brooke and Madisyn.
