She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her siblings, Terri Clouse (Michael), Michael Bell (Devienne), Vicki Bokar (Mark) and Sandy Lipstein (Jeff); her sister-in-law Phyllis Matthews; her children, Maggie Stack (Brandon), David Kushlak (Mindy), Sarah Huey (Todd) and Colleen Mihelich (late Jim); her adoptive son Brian Trsek Kushlak; and her grandchildren, Emma, Chloe, Owen, Mallory, Wyatt, Grace, Noah, Isaac, Amelia, Lauren, Matthew, Jakob, Eva, Maria, Casimir, Jonathon and Grayson. She is also survived by her Father-in-Law, husband, and grandchildren.
