It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maryellen S. Davis (Berea, Ohio), born in Frenchtown, New Jersey, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Strassburger and Luella Strassburger; and her brother Kurt. She is survived by: her husband Bryan; her sons, Luther and Joshua; her daughters-in-law, Nellie and Sarah; and her grandchildren, Wilder, Magnus and Freya.
In lieu of flowers, she has asked for memorial donations to be sent to one of three organizations that meant a lot to her: New Directions (30800 Chagrin Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44129), Positive Education Program (3100 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115), or the Cancer Center of MetroHealth Medical Center.
