The memory of Nichole Tyna of Berea, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2025 at the age of 42, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She is survived by: her fiancé Gary Middlebrooks; her sons, Jayden and Jason; her parents, Timothy Tyna and Debora Tyna; her sister Patricia Smith (Jesse); and her sibling's children, Angelina, Alyssa (Stacy) and Jesse Smith III.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baker - Kensinger Funeral Home (206 Front St, Berea, OH 44017). A prayer will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Friends and Family that would like to make a donation, in lieu of flowers, donations will be taking and donated to the second family, I am Boundless-Smith house, where she worked, cared and loved her residents.
