He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Phillips and Mildred Phillips; and his sister Susan Fiddler (Rich). He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, Michael Phillips (Christa) and Matthew Phillips (Gina); and his grandchildren, Vivienne, Harper, Collin, Audrey and Nolan. He is also survived by nieces, cousins, and many dear friends.
