Shirley Mae Canterbury Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Mae Canterbury of Berea, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Mae Canterbury to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Canterbury and Vinnie Canterbury; her close friend Howard "Doug" Insco; and her grandson Jacob. She is survived by: her children, Shereen Jordan (late Dennis), Patty Busser, Vinnie Acord and Crystal Straquadine (Chris); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Sara, Stephany, Nicholas, John Ryan, Amber, Leighann, Brian, Jeff, Jenna, Timmy, Joseph and Areianna; and her sister Louann Goldrick. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Funeral & Cremation Services (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at the Sunset Memorial Park (6265 Columbia Rd, Olmsted Township, OH 44138).
