It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ralph LeRoy Frederick of Bergholz, Ohio, who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Ralph Eugene; and his wife Sheila Diane Frederick (Allen). He is survived by : his children, Ralph L. Frederick (Ruth) of Oklahoma City, Michael Eugene Frederick of Oklahoma, Diane Schultz of Oklahoma and Tammy Takach (Anson) of Steubenville; and his siblings, Roberta Waugh (Cecil) of Rogers, OH and James (Etta) of Beadon. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
