He was predeceased by: his parents, Albertus Henry Forbush Sr. and Dorothy Forbush (Newport); his son Albertus Henry Forbush III; his brother John Forbush; and his close friends, Jim and Cheri Ferris.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Forbush (Gunter); his daughter Virginia Forbush Lundberg; his grandsons, Ethan of Arizona and Tyler Lundberg of Arizona; and his siblings, Catherine Voss (Robert), Margaret Crawford (David) and Paul Forbush. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many good friends.
