He is survived by: his mother Betty Carter (Noling) of Canfield; his brother Robin Carter (Bonnie) of Calcutta; his former wife Linda Carter of Lake Milton; his children, Chrissy Carter of Struthers, Katherine Dodd of Kinsman, Nicki Carter of Berlin Center, Billy Brush of Willoughby and Dawn Brush of Austintown; and his grandchildren, Isaac, Timothy, Isabell, Matthew, Destiny, Hailey, Chase, Bobby, Will, Devin and Lilyanna. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
