With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Edwin Gotthardt of Berlin Center, Ohio, born in Darlington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 26, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Gotthardt and Clara Gotthardt; his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Gotthardt; and his siblings, Ernie Gotthardt and Elaine Farley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joann Dillan and Betty Megown; his children, Jeffrey A. Gotthardt (Angela), Catherine Sheptock, Glenn A. Gotthardt, Beth Reese (Dale) and Amy Beck (Greg); and his grandchildren, Koree, Alexxa, Logan, Garren, Bianca, Amber, Ryley, Mitchell and Thomas. He is also survived by eight loving great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorial contributions may be made in Glenn's name to Ellsworth Township Fire/EMS, P.O. Box 122, Ellsworth, Ohio 44416, to support the EMS services and cemetery.
