He is survived by : his mother Nancy Chambers (Vaught) of Parma, Ohio; and his children, Summer Z. Michalski (David) of Berlin Heights, OH, Tabitha Burig (Micah) of Ohio, Gilbert O. Chambers, Jr. (Amy) of Collins, OH and Theodore G. Chambers of Vermilion, OH. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many close friends.
