He was predeceased by: his parents, George Belcher and Florine Belcher (Acord); and his siblings, Phyllis Butler, Thomas "Tommy" and Terry Belcher.
He is survived by: his wife Brandy Belcher (Allen); and his children, Harley Belcher (Christina), Dalton Allen-Schuster (Tamara), Timothy Belcher Jr. (Ashley), Erica Belcher and Chelsie Allen-Schuster. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
