He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Sheila Parsons, Jeff Owens and Carla Flannery (Andy); his stepchildren, Drexel Byus (Andrea), Paula Workman (Harry), Kevin Byus (Carmela) and Angel Byus (Tony); and his brothers, Rodney Owens (Lisa), Paul Owens (Daisy), Mark Owens (Heather) and Timmy Owens (Lisa). He is also survived by 16 grand kids.
